Delivered by OneTech and Foundervine, the Training Modules will support businesses to cover cross-cutting aspects of scaling a business, equipping business owners with the tools they need to take their business to the next level.

Structured over five weeks, these short and sharp modules will support businesses in:

  • Business Model Innovation: Supporting established businesses to review and refine their business model for business growth. Participants will gain an understanding of what to do and to avoid when drafting and launching a business model for scale; Learn how to use financial and market analysis to evaluate the best case and best use of a business model for the business; and Produce a refined business model to support business improvement and growth.

    Dates: 8th January 2024 - 5th February 2024
  • Data, Management Processes & Systems: Teaching established businesses to use data effectively and efficiently for business growth.Participants will gain an understanding of the various data systems and platforms available to scaling businesses; and learn how to efficiently utilise data for the business purpose and for business growth.

    Dates: 12th February 2024 - 11th March 2024
  • Sales & Marketing: Supporting established businesses grow their product, brand and marketing in order to grow their business. Participants will gain an understanding of advanced marketing strategies to increase revenue; Garner an understanding of traction in marketing and how to target the right customers; and learn about funnels and Lead Magnets.

    Dates: 18th March 2024 - 15th April 2024
  • Finance Readiness: Supporting scaling businesses to understand the funding options, routes and navigation aids available to them and the steps they need to take to get there.

    Dates: 2nd April 2024 - 30th April 2024
  • Access to New Customers: Supporting businesses to understand the basics of supply chain management, how to improve supply chain efficiency/resilience, and how to assess new market potential and develop a market entry strategy.
